Adem\u00e1s, favorecer\u00e1n una buena recuperaci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de tu entrenamiento; pero evita los zumos industriales de fruta: contienen demasiado az\u00facar y poca fibra.<\/p>\n<p>Como ya sabes, los <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eufic.org\/article\/es\/expid\/basics-carbohidratos\/\">carbohidratos <\/a>son los principales proveedores de energ\u00eda para tu cuerpo.\u00a0 Sin embargo, <strong>estos carbohidratos deben ser de calidad<\/strong>, as\u00ed que antes de empezar a pensar en comer az\u00facar, acu\u00e9rdate de que los cereales y las verduras son ricos en este tipo de nutrientes. Durante la carrera ingiere los carbohidratos y sales necesariaspara garantizar una buena nutrici\u00f3n<\/p>\n<h1>Recuperaci\u00f3n post-triatl\u00f3n<\/h1>\n<p>Es el momento de recuperarte y darle un descanso a tu cuerpo despu\u00e9s de un ejercicio tan intenso y ayudarte a volver al estado de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.enciclopediasalud.com\/categorias\/cuerpo-humano\/articulos\/que-es-la-homeostasis-ejemplos-de-homeostasis\">homeostasis<\/a>. Es necesario que comiences <strong>cuanto antes a ingerir calor\u00edas una vez finalizada la carrera<\/strong>, pero que sean de calidad y sobre todo que no lo hagas de golpe, sino poco a poco y de manera continuada. Este es el momento en que podr\u00e1s permitir aumentar un poquito tu ingesta de grasa, pero como acabamos de mencionar, que \u00e9stas sean de calidad.<strong> \u00a1No maltrates tu
