El agua es fundamental para transportar los nutrientes por todo tu cuerpo y para regular su temperatura.<\/p>\n<p>La deshidrataci\u00f3n reduce significativamente tu rendimiento, as\u00ed que aseg\u00farate de llevar siempre suficiente agua contigo. Si hace mucho calor, puedes a\u00f1adir pastillas de hidrataci\u00f3n a tu agua para sustituir estos electrolitos que has perdido a trav\u00e9s del sudor.<\/p>\n<h3>No recargues energ\u00eda en el \u00faltimo momento<\/h3>\n<p>2 horas antes de una carrera o entrenamiento largo, toma una comida rica en hidratos de carbono para llenar tus dep\u00f3sitos de energ\u00eda. Pero no comas demasiado, para no sentirte lleno e inc\u00f3modo, siempre puedes repostar energ\u00eda justo antes de la salida con geles energ\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n<h3>Come con frecuencia durante un ejercicio de larga duraci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Tu cuerpo puede almacenar energ\u00eda para un ejercicio intensivo de hasta 90 minutos, despu\u00e9s entrar\u00e1s en reserva. Come algo antes de llegar a este punto.<\/p>\n<p>Incluso deportistas profesionales a veces se olvidan a comer con frecuencia para mantener su rendimiento a un nivel alto. Te recomendamos que tomes 60-90g de hidratos de carbono cada hora, eso ser\u00eda lo \u00f3ptimo y los puede obtener f\u00e1cilmente de bebidas energ\u00e9ticas, geles o barritas que adem\u00e1s son f\u00e1ciles de llevar.<\/p>\n<h3>Practica tu estrategia de nutrici\u00f3n durante los entrenamientos<\/h3>\n<p>No har\u00edas una carrera sin entrenar \u00bfverdad? Por eso tampoco debes comer en una carrera sin haber probado y practicado tu estrategia entes. Debes saber c\u00f3mo te hacen sentir geles, barritas y bebidas energ\u00e9ticas en cada fase de una carrera para decidir cuales llevar y cuando tomarlos.<\/p>\n<h3>Recuperaci\u00f3n, recuperaci\u00f3n y recuperaci\u00f3n\u2026.<\/h3>\n<p>Cuando entrenas o compites, tu cuerpo necesita mucho m\u00e1s energ\u00eda que en tu vida normal y eso hace imprescindible que rellenes tus dep\u00f3sitos de energ\u00eda. Si no recargues energ\u00eda, nutrientes y prote\u00ednas, tu cuerpo simplemente no se recuperar\u00e1 del esfuerzo de tus entrenamientos o carreras.<\/p>\n<p>Si tomas suficientes prote\u00ednas e hidratos de carbono en la hora despu\u00e9s del ejercicio, tu cuerpo se recuperar\u00e1 m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido por su mayor capacidad de absorci\u00f3n de nutrientes durante este tiempo. Un buen plato de pasta o pollo ser\u00eda perfecto, pero si no tienes acceso a este tipo de comidas, bebidas energ\u00e9ticas y barritas tambi\u00e9n te pueden servir.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Un \u00faltimo consejo\u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Una salida en bici te puede llevar a distancias bastante largas y siempre deber\u00edas llevar una identificaci\u00f3n con las personas de contacto en caso de emergencia y datos m\u00e9dicos relevantes.
