Trainiere abwechselnd mit verschiedenen Schuhen<\/h3>\n<p>Oft wiederholte Bewegungen k\u00f6nnen leicht zu Verletzungen f\u00fchren. Wenn du bei deinen Trainingseinheiten zwischen verschiedenen Schuhen wechselst, verhinderst du immer auf die gleiche Weise aufzutreten. Probiere Wettkampfschuhe mit einer eher flachen Sohle, Allround City Trail Modelle und \u201ehard-core\u201c Trail Modelle mit starker Sohle und St\u00fctzfunktion.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Trainiere nicht nur im Gel\u00e4nde sondern auch f\u00fcr das Gel\u00e4nde<\/h3>\n<p>Trail Running erfordert eine andere Geschicklichkeit als das Laufen auf Asphalt. Du glaubst vielleicht, um gut im Trail Running werden, musst du immer im Gel\u00e4nde trainieren. Nun das ist nicht unbedingt so. Die meisten von uns wohnen nicht in den Bergen und es gibt viele M\u00f6glichkeiten dich auch im st\u00e4dtischen Umfeld speziell aufs Trail Running vorzubereiten. N\u00fctze jede Gelegenheit um auf Bordsteine zu springen oder auf kleinen Wegen oder Wiesen in Parks zu laufen. <strong>Trainiere speziell mit gro\u00dfer Schrittweite und seitlichen Schritten<\/strong> um das unterschiedliche Auftreten im Gel\u00e4nde zu simulieren.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Arbeite hart an deinen Schw\u00e4chen<\/h3>\n<p>Selbst die besten L\u00e4ufer k\u00f6nnen sich verbessern. Finde deine eigenen Schw\u00e4chen indem du mit anderen Trail Runnern l\u00e4ufst, entweder bei Wettk\u00e4mpfen, mit Freunden oder in deinem Trail Running Club. <strong>Vergleiche dich mit anderen<\/strong> und arbeite an deinen Schw\u00e4chen, welche auch immer es sind, bergauf, bergab, Sprint oder Ausdauer. Sobald du besser darin wirst gibt es etwas Neues woran du arbeiten kannst um dich weiter zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Den Weg immer im Auge behalten<\/h3>\n<p>Verwende keine Sonnenbrillen bei technisch schwierigem Gel\u00e4nde. Get\u00f6nte Brillen k\u00f6nnen dein Empfinden f\u00fcr Entfernungen verzerren. Fixiere deinen <strong>Blickpunkt auf 3 Meter vor dir<\/strong> und hebe deine F\u00fc\u00dfe gen\u00fcgend bei jedem Schritt.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Setze dir einen Wettkampf als Ziel<\/h3>\n<p>Ein Wettkampf hilft dir ein klares Ziel zu setzen, auf etwas hinzuarbeiten, gibt deinen Trainingseinheiten Sinn und du wirst damit Teil einer L\u00e4ufergruppe. Selbst wenn du nicht extrem ehrgeizig bist, ist es einfach cool bei einem Wettkampf Teil einer gro\u00dfen Gruppe zu sein die gemeinsam auf ein gleiches Ziel zusteuert.
