CAMBIA DE CALZADO EN CADA SESI\u00d3N<\/h3>\n<p>Utilizar diferentes tipos de zapatillas para correr es una manera f\u00e1cil de <strong>evitar lesiones<\/strong>. Inconscientemente estar\u00e1s variando tu zancada y forma de pisar, evitando estresar siempre las mismas partes de tu cuerpo. Prueba a variar en cada sesi\u00f3n calzando desde zapatillas muy ligeras (para entrenamientos cortos) a mixtas tipo city-trail y por supuesto <strong>no puede faltar en tu armario un modelo m\u00e1s robusto <\/strong>e incluso pesado que proteja tus pies en tiradas largas y t\u00e9cnicas.<\/p>\n<h3>2. ENTRENA COMO SI ESTUVIERAS EN LA MONTA\u00d1A<\/h3>\n<p>El Trail running tiene su propia t\u00e9cnica, no es como correr en asfalto. La mejor manera de adquirirla es correr por monta\u00f1a pero <strong>la mayor\u00eda de nosotros vivimos en ciudades<\/strong>. Procura que tus entrenamientos sean variados, <strong>sal del asfalto siempre que puedas<\/strong>, atr\u00e9vete con todas las cuestas que est\u00e9n a tu alcance, salta zanjas, sube escaleras\u2026 se trata de<strong> pisar de todas las maneras posibles <\/strong>trabajando tu musculatura de un modo diferente al normal de un corredor de asfalto. Y por supuesto sal a la monta\u00f1a siempre que tengas ocasi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3>3. TRABAJA TUS PUNTOS DEBILES<\/h3>\n<p>Incluso los mejores corredores pueden mejorar. <strong>Comparte tus entrenamientos con otras personas<\/strong> y participa en carreras, te ser\u00e1 muy f\u00e1cil detectar tus puntos d\u00e9biles. Puede que falles bajando por falta de t\u00e9cnica, que se te atraganten las subidas o que no tengas el fondo que te gustar\u00eda. Una vez detectados trabaja sistem\u00e1ticamente para mejorarlos, te sorprender\u00e1s<\/p>\n<h3>4. MANT\u00c9N SIEMPRE LA ATENCI\u00d3N<\/h3>\n<p>Correr en monta\u00f1a es muy gratificante pero si te despistas puedes hacerte da\u00f1o. Mant\u00e9n la atenci\u00f3n en todo momento y no dejes de mirar el camino, <strong>donde pongas la vista ir\u00e1n tus pies<\/strong>. Dirige tu vista unos 3 metros por delante de ti y <strong>levanta bien los pies en cada zanjada<\/strong> para evitar tropezar con piedras o raizes (esta es la principal causa de accidentes). <strong>En zonas muy t\u00e9cnicas es mejor que no uses gafas de sol.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. PARTICIPA EN CARRERAS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Una carrera <strong>significa un objetivo<\/strong> y es un cambio en tu rutina deportiva. <strong>Pasar\u00e1s por situaciones nuevas<\/strong> y te permitir\u00e1 comprobar si tu entrenamiento es efectivo.
